The Politics of Legal Education

The chapter unpacks the politics of nexus between legal education, practice and research. We start by problematising some common assumptions subsequently lay out contemporary challenges to education academia. argue that we need abandon all reflexes associating national=doctrinal=useful for hence international=non-doctrinal=useless lawyers education.
